We accept returns on products you have purchased from us. However, our return policy may be different according to the scenario. You have 30 days to return the product back to us after you made the purchase.
Scenario #1: the product you've received has a defect
If the product you have received from us does not work as expected, we will replace it at no fee if you follow these steps.
- Post a detailed description of the problem you have with the product on Diigiit Forum. Please notice that if you have purchased an Hardkernel product, you need to post on Odroid forum first and get a return notice from Hardkernel technical team..
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the link Diigiit forum post (as well as Hardkernel forum if applicable)
- We'll try to help you solve the problem within the forum within 48 hours.
- If we can't find a solution, we will ask you to fill the return form and to return the product back to us immediately.
- We will replace the product or refund it at no fee
Scenario #2: product was damaged during transportation
While very unusual, It can happen from time to time that a package was damaged during transportation and that some products inside the package are damaged too.
- Send us an email with a photo of the package as well as the damaged products
- Fill the return form and return the product immediately
- We will refund or replace the product for free
Scenario #3: you just want to return the product
If you are not fully satisfied with a product you bought with us or for any other reason, you can get a refund. Please notice that in the case, we do not refund the shipping fees and we'll apply a 15% restocking fee on product amount. Soldered or assembled parts, opened kits or dirty parts cannot be refunded.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, should not be damaged and should be in excellent, resale condition.
- Fill the return form within 20 days of receipt and ship the product back to us immediately, with the reason of the return. Shipping costs for sending back the product won't be refunded.
- Once we have received the product back, we will inspect it. We will issue a refund once it is done.
Scenario #4: special conditions
We may refuse returns on products sold under special conditions
- Products sold at discount
- Products sold at customer request that we do not usually have in stock or that we do not stock in such quantity
